Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your Package got delivered, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, It must meet the below mentioned requirements:

  • If Product is not as described on our website (Wrong Item Delivery)
  • If you have got the Physically damaged Product form our delivery agent
  • If Product is not in working condition/defective
  • You must have the original package and all items (Invoice) you received with the Package and also Product must be unused.

Note: In Case of Physical Damage, We would like to request you to Please make a video while unboxing any package so that it will be easier to determine that Product was physically damaged while in shipping process and it will be easy to process your refund in quick way.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will contact you to refund your money as soon as possible

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our Address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
